    Ho ritirato la merce da ordinata che premetto si trattava di uno specchio da bagno e altri accessori,aperto il pacco lo specchio e’ in mille pezzi,imballaggio imbarazzante!!!!!!!!!!!

    È stato correttamente inviato. È rimasto in deposito. Lei è stato contattato da me e dal corriere. Il pacco è infine tornato indietro al mittente ed è andato in frantumi durante tutti questi giri.

    La spedizione era assicurata. Avrei potuto chiedere un rimborso se avessi avuto tutto gli elementi richiesti da fornire all'assicurazione.

    Sorry for the circumstances around the deliverance… i wrote catawiki that the Item is delivered but the Status is wrong and can not be cleared as delivered. So i dont know why it took so long …
