    Bad packing (shredded paper) and the jug arrived broken. I contacted the seller, her response was: "Are you serious? You paid 1 euro". (I paid 20 euros for shipment) suggesting that I cannot complain

    Lie! The bottle wasn't broken, it was a tiny loop handle on its side which was broken. It could be dropped in the process of unpacking because I can't believe it could be broken in the transportation. The bottle was placed into a strong empty 5 l bottle, emptiness around it filled with shredded paper, then it was placed inside a strong cardboard box, the corners of the box were strengthened with rolled cardboard. So please don't blame me for bad packing!
