The card was shipped the day after the sale, with tracking number as you are already informed. According to the carrier’s official tracking, the parcel arrived in the destination country, was out for delivery, and since 28 November 2025 has been available at the local collection point after the receiver was not available at the time of delivery. I have contacted the carrier several times (you know it), and as of today their confirmation is unchanged: the parcel is still waiting at the collection point for pickup. Unfortunately, once the item is shipped and made available for collection, this is outside the seller’s control. All shipping obligations were fulfilled correctly and on time.
