De bonsai was heel goed verpakt voor de lange reis van Italië naar Nederland. Het is een mooie bonsai, ik ben er blij mee

De bonsai was redelijk lang onderweg en zeer slecht verpakt. Boom had nauwelijks bescherming en was compleet los gekomen uit de bonsaischaal. Hierdoor waren de wortels beschadig.

Bought a nice bonsai. Upon arrival the plant was very inappropriately packed. No padding and the tree was very dead… the delivery time is very bad as well. No plant sent this way will survive.

Arrived a different plant, it was also almost dead. dead after a few days. the seller agreed to a full refund.

Bonsai arrivato morto, imballo assolutamente inadeguato e tempi di spedizione altrettanto inopportuni. Ho contattato più volte il venditore il quale si è dato alla fine alla macchia. SCONSIGLIO!!!

Tree was badly packed. No padding used and no transport direction indicated. Roots ripped off, moss and soil fell out of the pot, nearly all leaves fell off.

reçu en mauvais état. le tronc principal est posé sur la terre, pas de racine. la branche avec le feuillage est sèche et ne comporte pas de racine non plus. elle est juste enfoncée dans la terre

paid the item won on march 15th. then the seller ignored all mails and just now april 5th the seller cancel the item!! such a disgrace!

No communication. Didn't answer my numerous messages and didn't send won lot! Need to ban them
