ich habe 200€ für die lieferung bezahlt, die nur bis zur bordsteinkante gebucht war. bei deiner lieferung von 50kg ist das eine frechheit. es wurde vom verkäufer auch nicht geändert.

I understand your frustration, but the delivery is handled by an independent shipping company who confirmed multiple times that they only offer curbside delivery. Unfortunately, this is beyond my control. It would have been important to clarify from the beginning that you needed in-home delivery. However, you only contacted me regarding this after the shipment had already arrived.
