This review is both misleading and unfair. I strive to conduct all sales with integrity and professionalism, and it was never my intention to create a negative experience. However, the language used by this buyer in his private messages to me reflects a pattern of hostility and intimidation that I find deeply inappropriate and equally disturbing. His messages to me included personal insults and xenophobic remarks that violate both Catawiki’s communication guidelines and my own principles. Mutual respect is fundamental to any successful transaction, and I will not engage in or tolerate any abuse or harassment. It is buyers like this who should be banned from the platform.
