I apologise for the bowl arriving broken. It was in good condition when it left me. It is obviously my fault for packing it badly and I am happy to see you get a full refund. You can keep the item and if you wish to try and repair it then you have the bowl for free. If not then please dispose of it. I do not need it returned. Sorry again.

I was told that the cufflinks were 18k gold by a jeweller. There was no reason to disbelieve the evaluation. They were submitted as 18k gold and the valuation of the expert suggested that he agreed. Nothing was ´passed off´ as anything. If they are gilt silver then I apologise for the mistake. Please confirm how you have discovered that the gold coloured cufflinks are actually silver. I guess that you have had them tested? Please tell me what you would like to do to resolve this. You can return them to me if that is what you want to do. I have not received any money from the site for them so they can issue you a refund when I receive them back.
