    As I explained to support, I explain it to you as well. I could not send the item because it was no longer in my possession, having been sold the day after I put the item up for auction. Unfortunately, I was not able to cancel the auction in time. As I have already explained to you I am sorry for what happened. There was no reason why I didn't want to ship, the auction had even gone very well!

    Venditore pessimo, nonostante il dipinto messo in vendita con prezzo di riserva, si è reso irreperibile dopo l’asta e non ha spedito il dipinto. A distanza di 15 giorni ho chiesto rimborso. Da bannare

    Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti prima che venisse messo all'asta l’oggetto spiegando che quest’ultimo fosse stato già venduto tramite un’altra casa d’aste, l'oggetto in questione non é stato spedito per questo motivo, dato che non lo avevo materialmente in possesso perché spedito 1 settimana prima. L'oggetto ripeto non é stato potuto essere rimosso dall’asta dato che era già stata avviata. Io ho tutte le recensioni positive, mi dispiace per questo inconveniente ma non é dovuto da me. Io ho sempre fatto le cose in modo corretto e preciso. Fosse stato disponibile l’oggetto glie l’avrei spedito con piacere. Ma purtroppo c’è stato un errore con l’assistenza di Catawiki.
