En effet pour plus de sécurité, j"aurais dû enleber toutes les cordes maus j'ai pris la peine d'accorder l"instrument...Vous auriez du refuseer la livraison car le transport est assuré à cette condition./C'est le premier mauvais commentaire que j'ai. Je ne trouverai aucune soliution vous concernant
