Very disappointing experience. We won the auction but they never shipped the item. We sent multiple messages, they never replied. The seller simply cancelled the order. Unprofessional and unreliable!

Delusione e scarsa serietà. Ho partecipato all'asta di 15 piatti, l'ho vinta, ho pagato ed ho atteso per 15 giorni. Non vedendo sviluppi nell' invio ho chiesto e non ho avuto risposta. Vergogna.

Comprei um artigo muito bonito, igual ás fotos. Demorou um pouco a chegar, mas chegou em boas condições e muito bem embalado. O vendedor foi muito atencioso e respondeu sempre ás mensagens. Obrigada
