tres bel objet, dommage que le prix final augmente de 20 euros pour le dédouanement puis encore d'une certaine somme pour le rembourrage. Mais le vendeur avait prévenu, c'est donc de ma faute.

Good day, what is misleading? I am sending exactly what I wrote. Are the photos different from the ones I took? No, because my photos are taken naturally. If you are referring to it being empty, I mentioned in the tender description that it would be sent empty. I would absolutely not intentionally mislead anyone. Regards

The object had holes in the fabric. Instead of price reduction seller offered new items to reduced price. Due to high unexpected additional VAT charge for item received, this was not an option.

Please note that I did not cut off communication. I had taken photos of the repaired areas in the images I used for the sale. Furthermore, Catawaki officials reviewed the images and found me to be in the right.
Verkeerde pakket ontvangen.
Items conformed to description but the packaging was poor. It arrived open and as a result one of the covers had a dirt stain.

Dear Mona first of all, I apologize for what happened, even though it wasn't my fault. I'd like to explain how I packaged it. First, I wrap it in plastic wrap, then I put it in an adhesive shipping bag and tape it in many places. It's impossible to open without scissors or a knife. Therefore, I think someone opened it out of curiosity while it was on the way.
