    You write that only "apparently" a package of two was lost by UPS. We are committed to offering the best possible service to our customers. The package as we have shown you was lost by UPS after we gave it to them so not lost from us so after we promptly sent the same posters (fortunately having more copies available) in another shipment all at our expense. What more could we do?
