We offered to give you the item for free if you paid the difference in shipping costs. However, you did not agree to this. Furthermore, you do not seem to understand the Catawiki system: you did not transfer the money to us but to Catawiki. We asked Catawiki to cancel the order because the shipping costs were underpaid.
