    Statue livrée avec plus de dégâts que mentionnés dans l'annonce (mauvais transport). Le vendeur m'a remboursé intégralement mon enchère. Un grand merci à ce geste très professionnel.

    Dear Mr. Lopin, I have had a message of Catawiki that they were not informed by you of the damage to the statue you bought. That is why they are going to pay me out, in spite of my instructions not to do so. I have not received this money yet, but as soon as I do, I will refund it to you directly. Would you please be so kind to send me your bank account and SEPA on which I can refund? Also the exact amount you paid to Catawiki.
