J’ai demandé si les sandales chaussaient 42 et il m’a dit oui alors qu’elles sont beaucoup trop grandes. Car dans l’annonce ce n’est pas clair. Donc très mauvaise communication

Je suis vraiment désolé pour ce malentendu, mais malheureusement la sandale correspond à la taille 42 selon les informations données et visibles sur le cachet interne.
Je suis d'accord avec vous sur l'erreur commise sur l'annonce où deux tailles étaient indiquées, mais comme je le répète, avant d'envoyer je me suis assuré que la taille que vous aviez demandée était du 42.
