This necklace is an original vintage item dating to the 1920s and was described as being in very good vintage condition for its age, with detailed photographs provided. With pieces that are over 100 years old — particularly those incorporating faux pearls and silk — signs of age are to be expected and are considered normal within vintage jewellery collecting. All pearls were intact and no structural damage to the necklace was present. Condition descriptions for vintage and antique jewellery can sometimes be interpreted differently depending on personal expectations, but I always aim to describe items as accurately and transparently as possible. I appreciate your comments and will continue to ensure listings include clear photos and detailed descriptions so buyers can make informed decisions.

I absolutely love it, although had to pay an additional €10 which is a bit annoying as I didn’t realise there’d be customs costs. Clasp is slightly faulty so I’ll have to repair it as it’s a gift.
