I can assure you we take every comment very serious and strive at all times to do our utmost.
Sometimes, as with your parcel ,some minor detail had gone amiss, but were able to immediately correct this with the help of the info . centre of U.P.S. who immediately corrected the address and in the end the parcel was delivered last week Monday.
Look after the napkins, cherish them and they will hopefully accompany you on your future life path in Munich.
Who knows, we might meet again one day on Catawiki.

De verkoper lijkt betrouwbaar. De expert echter niet. Ik kan het product op andere sites goedkoper en in betere staat vinden. Het zag er oud en vergeeld uit. Het heeft te lang gelegen.

I have just opened my internet and found your interesting review
on the Antique bed linen you bid on my Antique linen Auction at May 24th.
I am not Dutch and have to address you in English.
Following and having translated the Dutch it appears that you have some trust in 
the seller, but not his expertise. 
That of course is your right and I respect that, but I differ from opinion.
However I do not quite understand your reasoning behind your bidding
and you are now blaming the product for the high final bidding price it went for,
which I strongly believe is unreasonable.
If you know that you could have bought the Antique bed linen cheaper elsewhere 
why bid on my auction.
I noticed that your bid was € 148, ten Euros more than the previous bid from a 
Portuguese bidder. That was your decision and you should not have put a bid on
this bed linen if you knew that you can buy it cheaper elsewhere.
This is a strange way of bidding.
You cannot compare “one with another bed linen”

Ho appena ricevuto, letto e assimilato la tua rassicurante recensione dei tovaglioli e degli strofinacci che ti sei aggiudicata all'asta.
Devo dirti che il contenuto mi ha profondamente commosso e che devi essere una persona davvero gentile, un essere umano eccezionale e soprattutto una madre meravigliosa.
