Tolle Abwicklung.

Sehr gerne wieder.

Dear Nathalie,

Just before leaving for my holiday, I received your lovely review of the bed linen you successfully bid on, and I wanted to take a moment to thank you sincerely for the very kind words you wrote.I can assure you that they are greatly appreciated. Feedback from our bidders is very important to us, as it helps us to continue providing the personal service and attention to detail that we feel these exceptional pieces deserve. Many thanks also for mentioning and appreciating the packaging. To us, this is almost as important as the contents themselves. These pieces have been handled with such care by our grandfathers and their families over so many generations, and we try to continue in that same spirit when they pass through our hands. We are always very careful when handling these often precious and sometimes truly priceless pieces of our heritage. So please take good care of your bed linen. Cherish it and enjoy it, and I hope it will accompany you for many years to come .

In secondo luogo, i tovaglioli erano descritti in modo estremamente accurato e soprattutto onesto.
Mi rivolgerò all'assistenza di Catawiki domani.

Saluti Cordiali.
Guillaume Prinsloo

Dear Melba,

We have just received your soothing appraisal of the hunting scene table linen.

I would like to thank you most sincerely for having taken your time to write to us
and your kind words have been much appreciated, I can assure you.
It is very important for us to get “feedback” from our clients to show
future bidders how we treat our very valuable human beings.
Look after the table linen, love and cherish it and it will accompany you
on your future life patch at Magical and Beautiful Cordoba.
Ancora Muchísimas Graçias.

Saludos Cordiales.

Livraison ultra rapide !
Magnifiques serviettes !
Merci !

Ronduit perfect!

One of the best sellers I have dealt with. Highly recommended. Genuine interest for the buyer without placing money first. I am impressed that there are still such wonderful people around us!

Very nice seller! Everything good. Recommendation.

Dear Katrin,

Many thanks for your positive words place on my review page.
I can assure you we take every comment very serious and strive at all times to do our utmost.
Sometimes, as with your parcel ,some minor detail had gone amiss, but were able to immediately correct this with the help of the info . centre of U.P.S. who immediately corrected the address and in the end the parcel was delivered last week Monday.
Look after the napkins, cherish them and they will hopefully accompany you on your future life path in Munich.
Who knows, we might meet again one day on Catawiki.
For now, many thanks for bidding and until I read you again.

Mit Herzlichen Grüszen.
Guillaume.

Dear Madam,

I have just opened my internet and found your interesting review
on the Antique bed linen you bid on my Antique linen Auction at May 24th.
I am not Dutch and have to address you in English.
Following and having translated the Dutch it appears that you have some trust in
the seller, but not his expertise.
That of course is your right and I respect that, but I differ from opinion.
However I do not quite understand your reasoning behind your bidding
and you are now blaming the product for the high final bidding price it went for,
which I strongly believe is unreasonable.
If you know that you could have bought the Antique bed linen cheaper elsewhere
why bid on my auction.
I noticed that your bid was € 148, ten Euros more than the previous bid from a
Portuguese bidder. That was your decision and you should not have put a bid on
this bed linen if you knew that you can buy it cheaper elsewhere.
This is a strange way of bidding.
You cannot compare “one with another bed linen”
