Response by seller

The same date I was informed about the damages indicated by the buyer I requested additional photos that were never received. I also requested pictures of the package with no answer in order to claim the delivery company. The e-mail was dated 23 August, 20:53 AM, 2 hours after being contacted by the buyer. I saved pictures and videos of the product and package the date before the delivery that shown up the status of the product (perfect). I also offered both Catawiki and the buyer to provide them with the pictures and videos. Due to the lack of answer of the buyer, I contacted both Catawiki and the buyer proposing the steps to be taken. Catawiki answered that they will take care of claiming the delivery company. The buyer sent the negative vote claiming the lack of answer which is false (I have been saving the exchange). I have informed Catawiki about this in order to delete this negative vote as it has been given on false grounds. Nothing else to add.
