As for the packaging, we believe we have packed it well with bubble wrap in a wooden box, which is itself bubble wrapped again before being shipped in a carton box with adequate cushioning material. As for your claim on the functioning of the watch, the issue has been clearly highlighted in our description and moreover, your claim has been deemed to be invalid by Catawiki. Therefore, your review is not fair to us at all.
