    Dear Sir, kindly note that the rings got black and apparently do not seem to be silver as you stated on the advertisement. Could you please explain as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Es tut mir wirklich sehr leid, das zu hören, und ich bin überrascht. Wie Sie sehen können, habe ich den Artikel sehr sorgfältig und gut verpackt. Da der Artikel aus massivem Metall besteht, kann ich mir nur schwer erklären, wie so etwas passieren konnte. Ich habe eine Bitte: Könnten Sie mir bitte Fotos des beschädigten Artikels schicken?
