    Lot was supposed to contain 6 bottles, only 5 arrived. One bottle 1961 is missing. Seller is not answering my messages

    Customer was contacted within 48 hours via Catawiki as our usual respond time. We have provided proof of the package sent with 6 bottles and shipping labels from UPS with documentation pertaining 6 bottles. It looks like someone in Latvia - package destination has tampered and removed 1 bottle before delivery to customer. We have nevertheless offer a full refund of the bottle worth 5 euros. WE strive to respond as quickly as possible to all queries and provide 100% full refund of items in case delivery of UPS does not meet expectations. Thank you for the feedback

    Seller won't compensate if you receive a damaged bottle. He told me he will reduce the shipping costs, instead he combined my 2 different orders in one package and he's the one who saved money.

    Buyer bought several lots from us with no issues. Shipping was independently done from Spain in a cardbox and wine bag per bottle but unfortunately UPS broke 1 item of the 6 bottles. We nevertheless offered 2 bottles free of charge from 1964 vintage and customer refused. We also grouped several lots for him resulting in savings of over 40 euros in delivery while we normally dont group lots to prevent damage. He still wanted additional money refund which was over half of the lot purchased.
