Yes the watch is beautiful. It runs faster by 4 sec in 24h, but this is acceptable. Probably I will ask a specialist to calibrate it for even more precision.

Thank you for your feedback. The issue concerned only a small model number printed on a manufacturer-applied sticker on the warranty card, which was not fully legible. The important watch and serial number information was clearly visible.

Despite our efforts to resolve the matter, the customer remained dissatisfied over this minor issue, even after we arranged replacement warranty cards directly through the manufacturer.
