Good evening Giako
I am sorry to read your poor feedback.
That is the first non-positive feedback I have received in over 10 years and 1000 dispatched items. Could you please send me a picture of the damaged booklets, so that I can asses the problem? I would like to learn and improve. Cheers, Erik
