All coins are authentic, well packed and delivered on time. However the seller is refusing to refund me for 5 times overrated shipping fees. Not happy with my purchase as a result.
I am extremely dissapointed. Seller charged me shipping fees 5 times the actual cost and then refuse refund. Bad seller with totally unacceptable attitude.

This buyer agreed a total shipping cost and then requested a further discount after the items had been dispatched. The shipping cost forms part of the price of the item. I do not offer combined shipping and in this case offered a shipping discount which reflected my cost of sending the items, which was accepted by the buyer before the items were dispatched. The buyer cannot see e.g. the cost of my insurance, simply that of postage. If you are not willing to pay the shipping price in the listing, it is not fair to compete against other bidders who are.
