    The seller ignored EU/customs rules despite correct info: fossil amber, tariff 9705 2200, value €264.60 + €35 shipping. Parcel falsely declared as gift, value SGD 10; shipping actually SGD 10 (€6.90).

We also noticed that the required signature on the dispatch form was even left blank. ​To rectify this， the shipping cost includes the price of the envelopes and the sample display boxes. we will will reimburse you for the correct Import VAT so you can settle the tax for full legal compliance.
