Hello, Thank you for your message. I’m sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the packaging, and I would like to clarify how the item was prepared. We intentionally did not use plastic wrap for this piece because of its outstanding figures and delicate protruding elements. When plastic wrap is used, it can create tension during unpacking, especially when it is pulled off, which increases the risk of damage. Instead, we carefully chose a different method: the mask was secured inside the box using layers of paper wrap. It was placed firmly in position and clamped in place from above with additional paper, ensuring that it could not move during transport. This method prevents any shifting or collisions inside the box. Please rest assured that we did carefully consider the safest possible way to pack this item.
