Item very well packed, but lenght is 24cm, not 35cm. Paying €35 for EU-shipping, I expect a fast delivery. First week silence, needed several messages (wrong T&T code, no proactivity), took 3 weeks.

16 messages were exchanged between us 7 were yours by 9 on my behalf with a print screen asking for the correct postal code. On the 16 of February you wrote to me for the first time at 7 am I replied at 9 am if this is not good communication I don't know what is. Only the custom packaging took around 1h to secure well. The logistics company were supposed to pick-up at my home after many issues also I had to ask for another tracking number I had to wait for their customer service to reply finally I had to take it myself to the logistics centre. and The lamp can be adjusted in different positions that make the height vary the longest being 35cm. Also no profit on my behalf on the item. Thanks for the buy and consideration

Selger hadde lagt ned ekstra jobb i innpakningen så den ankom hel og fin etter kort tid. Det var også god kommunikasjon med selger hele veien. Elsker lampen og kan bare anbefale og handle med selger.

Your package is currently held at customs. Also it is Christmas period and all the logistics are saturated. I have sent Various emails with all information asked by customs but still no response. Mi scuso per la tua amara esperienza. Ti assicuro che la lampada non è stata danneggiata prima della confezione. Questo non è il mio stile e va contro il mio modo di fare le cose. Il reclamo alla società di logistica è fatto e sto aspettando di provare a risolverlo
