    Good morning, sorry for the delay in replying, but these days are not the best ones to respond in time. I am sorry that the bottle has gone wrong, all my shipments are in the best packaging there is to transport bottles as you have seen, I have auctioned almost 150 lots and I have never had a problem of this type, in fact I removed a Petrus because I I found myself losing. All buyer reviews have been excellent thanks to how I take care of my shipments and my bottles. That is what I can guarantee but as you understand the content I cannot guarantee it and less in old bottles. When I send a batch the batch is in perfect condition, if it arrives broken the agency and insurance are claimed at the time of delivery but once the bottle is opened you run the risk that it is not in perfect condition. The truth is, I'm sorry because it never happened to me and I'm sorry it happened to you. I think your unfavorable comment is due to being slow to respond and because the wine has turned out badly
