L'imballaggio delle banconote non le ha protette lungo il viaggio tra Polonia e l'Italia. Non c'erano imballaggi rigidi per proteggere le banconote. La busta e il cartoncino erano piegati a metà.

The banknotes were secured. The shipment must have been mishandled by the transport service, causing it to be bent in half. Any complaints should be filed with the transport company.

Glad it arrived safely, but the packaging was really unprofessional. I could actually feel the coin through the envelope. For a €600 coin, I’d expect a lot more care in how it’s packed.

The cheapest form of express shipping, DHL, requires the item to be packed in an envelope. The coin is properly protected against damage, and the shipment is insured.
