    I did not receive the auctioned item, a Pelikan fountain pen. Negative experience, unreliable seller who should be explained how the auction works. I'm sorry but for me this seller is to be avoided

    I am so sorry that you get this experience: I would probably have had the same one if I was you. I can only say sorry, I that I tried to speed everything up to have your money back. Nevertheless, I explained you since the very beginning that I was victim of a fraud, with several fake webs using my photos and description to advertise my same fountain pen, and preventing my auction to be shown at first place. This can happen to any of us. I also warned Catawiki of this fact. I understand that it is very difficult to control all the auctions being held, but this clear case of fraud (the websites turned the sale of my pen off just a day after the auction was finished) must be studied. Maybe an automatic watermark on the photos will help preventing this kind of frauds. Just for your information, I have held just 4 auctions (I am relatively new in the platform), and I have sold at good and not that good prices, but always accepted the action… but there were not frauds involved

    Como ya comentamos, siento que el hecho de que la recarga estuviese gastada cambie tu opinión de la venta de buena a neutral. Si sirve de algo, es un roller extraordinario, en perfectas condiciones, de plata de ley, limpiado exhaustivamente, y con un valor de mercado muy superior al de la subasta. Para poder cambiar tu impresión, incluso ofrecí hacerme cargo de los costes de devolución, y que lo mandases de vuelta. La verdad es que pensé que esa voluntad era suficiente como para mejorar tu impresión. Tomo nota para próximas subastas, y gracias por la información. Supongo que si la escala fuese más amplia (no sólo bueno, neutral o mala), seguramente la valoración hubiese sido mejor 😉
