La pulsera es la que se muestra en las fotos, donde incluso aparece sobre una regla en 2 fotos y una en la bascula, para evitar lo que usded comenta, veo que esto no sirve con algunas personas, lo peor..., que encima derivan su falta de atencion al vendedor, muy injusto

la descripción difiere de cómo se encuentra el anillo,mas deteriorado de lo mostrado

La que difiere es usted , recibio en anillo y califico positivamente y de acuerdo con todo, asi que ahora copiare lo que me dijo por la mensageria y yo conteste, que parece ser lo que ha probocado el cambio a la calificacion negativa  
                                                                         -he llevado el anillo a revisar y esta todo para rehacer.

Surprisingly I had to pay custom fees which I haven’t had to before but it was under $20 so it wasn’t too bad!

Nice vintage ring, but the beryl is not a beryl at all, most probably a synthetic gem. You shouldn't say anything about the stone, although you mentioned the uncertainty, it would have been more fair.

buenas, si yo indico en el anuncio posible berilo y usted lo critica por que para indicar una incertidumbre mejor no indicar nada, eso si, usted si puede indicar textualmente que posilblemente sea sintetico, ¿que diferencia hay entre mi posible y el suyo?
