I appreciate the fast response and shipping but absolutely gutted that you didn't roll the posters into a tube rather than fold them into quarters.  crease lines are messing with my senses.  

I send posters that are already folded between cardboard boxes, as I sent them to you, and those that are unfolded, I send in a tube. I don't see any benefit in sending already folded posters in a tube.
