    I am sorry for your experience, as exchanged via messages, I opened a claim with Catawiki and DHL, today Catawiki confirmed the parcel was lost and they returned your money fully. Fair comment from your side though it was beyond my capacity to deliver the product. I can try to send you for free a similar object to compensate for your disappointment.
