I received a chandelier broken and useless. From the 20 pieces it was consisted of, the 6 were broken. The seller lied to me every week that he would replace it,but he never did it. Be careful of him!

Good morning, thank you for your review, even if it is negative. This is the first one I have received in all the time I have been selling on Catawiki. Unfortunately, I had already informed you that I would send you a replacement chandelier and even showed you which one, after we had been in contact for some time. I also explained that it is not possible to source a chandelier from one day to the next and that some time was needed. Now the chandelier is available in stock, and I have informed you that I will ship it as soon as I return from abroad, where I am currently due to a family health issue. I will do so because I always keep my word, even though you left a negative review. Your behavior will not influence my fairness. I will inform Catawiki about everything, especially about your oppressive and threatening behavior.
