    I'm quite surprised to see the parcel being delivered and without the waterproof wrapping. Remember this is a €1000 ink painting, and it needs to [handle with care].

    Dear Sir, I’m sorry to hear that you received the painting without a plastic wrap. I did placed a plastic protector outside the parcel, it is very likely that was removed by customs in your country.

    Due to no reserve price I won the lot for little money. Juan came up with bullsh#t bingo that the label was damaged and parcel was lost. In the meantime courier indicated lot was never handed over.
