This is not true. I offered a full refund if you are not happy, My father is seriously Ill which I just told you and u make joke. Catawiki went in my favor as they thought your abuse was horrendous.

Hi that is not true. The item was made from solid metal and spot welded. The pictures you sent the box was undamaged. You then demanded €100 refund courier said you done this yourself not me.

No you have not been scammed. I have contacted catawiki with regards to the postage for two items and as yet have not had a reply from them. You have paid postage for one item and I have to post two items for this price, which due to the size of the boxes and the packaging is not possible. I have a vast collection of Clarice Cliff that I buy and sell, so I am most certainly not a scammer.

Het kostte heel veel moeite om het stuk verzonden te krijgen. Veel meer betaald voor de verzending dan nodig en het waren geen lithografieen, maar kaarten. Geschil loopt nog....

Hi this is very unfair you started a dispute straightaway, you said you were more than happy with the prints, now you are not happy because you never read the full description that says. these prints do not come with mounts. Yes they are lithograph prints on card. So basically you have got my prints for nothing and I am out of pocket for the postage. Well I hope you are happy now. Loads of my customers are very happy with their prints. No complaints just yourself, I feel like you have done this before .
Because of the (too) high shipping costs (20 euro for an envelope) I almost gave the seller a Neutral, but because of the cheap item I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt; a positive evaluation
Item not sent (despite seller charging £35 for UK to UK delivery!!) and no response to several emails. Previous negative feedback obviously spot on! Shameful behaviour.

Hi. I have been away working for last 10 days so delay on posting this item. It will be packed and posted tomorrow. I am a little disappointed that you made a comment about postage and messages not answered. I replied to your message as soon as I received it and said if you were not happy about the postage, which was clearly stated on my item before and during bidding, then I would be happy if you didn't want it and you replied no that's fine, look forward receiving the lamp. So therefore saying I have not replied to your messages is totally untrue.

Bestelling was betaald maar werd niet verzonden door verkoper. Catawiki heeft verschillende emails verzonden naar de verkoper,maar kreeg telkens geen antwoord. Dit is geen manier van zaken doen.
This seller is simply the worst I've ever encountered ! Bought 4 prints on January 24 .Never received a tracking number. Charged €40 for shipping by boat ! Never received my purchase. Stay away !!!

I have recently been going through some quite serious personal issues and postage of certain items has been considerably delayed. Apologies for this. For this particular item I asked a family member to post for me. They posted them without a tracking number through no fault of their own. I have had several emails off this buyer which I did not like the tone of. For example if I didn't agree to his "deal" he would report me. I'm not in a good place at the moment to deal with such people. As for it going by boat where does he get such facts from. It's 2017 do many parcels go by boat anymore. As for the postage surely when he was bidding for the item he was fully aware at all times what the postage was. Kind regards Samantha
