I dont understand, you dont recover the package the first time, it comes back to me, I contacted you to inform you and how to reorganised a second shipping, I send you my bank infos for the payment of the second shipping, now I m waiting the payment. I cant do no more.

Am gekauften lost ist nichts auszusetzen. Leider sind die Versandkosten / Dauer völlig unangemessen! Hätte ich das vorher gesehen, hätte ich es nicht gekauft. Ein Versicherter Brief hätte gereicht.

I don't know what is your problem Sir but its the second time you buy to us an artwork. First time you dont read the description about the shipping costs, you wrote a bad review and the week after you buy another artwork with the same shipping costs. Are you ok ? The artists after are members of the FAYA association (French Association Young Artists) : Faya, Nyse, Omas, One Hope, BTK. Please do not bid on these Artists lots in the future, we don't want to deal with people like you no more. 99% of our customers are satisfied and are able to read a description's lot. Thanks !
Für einen 1 Dollarsschein 30€ Transport zu verlangen ist Wucher! Hätte ich das vor dem Gebot gesehen, hätte ich es nicht gekauft. Das ganze hätte ein versicherter Hartcover Briefumschlag auch getan.

Hello. I dont really understand your disappointment. You wrote to me in private after winning the auction about how to frame the artwork, you already paid the artwork, 9% catawiki fees and shipping but didn't complain about it in private. Not so fair because EVERYTHING is in the description of the lot but ok...Thanks !
