    bij ontvangst van het pakket was de bazel van het uurwerk open en het glas los in de verpakking. waarschijnlijk heeft het glas dan de minuten wijzer (licht) beschadigd. Het glas blijkt niet origineel.

    After the receiving the customer contacted us for a shipping issue. Proposed the return since the glass JUST pop off during shipping (NEVER HAD ANY PROVE OF IT). Customer wanted to keep it (the gold value was higher that how he paid) Original GLASS. Sorry for your sad and incorrect comment and behavior. Totally disrespectful, because we offered a positive solution. Enjoy your watch because you will never buy anymore from us. Wish you the best
