    Nach 8 Tagen ist die von mir ersteigerte Uhr in Catawiki ,leider noch nicht eingetroffen an meiner Adresse.Ob der Verkäufer da etwas dafür kann ist mir unbekannt.

    The buyer paid on Saturday, but our a post office is close on Saturday and Sunday. So I sent the watches the next business day, on Monday 24/04. According to the tracking of the shipment, the package was delivered to the Swiss customs office already on Wednesday 26/04. Unfortunately, I can not be held responsible for how quickly or slowly workig The Swiss customs offices. I recommend contacting Swiss customs office to ask them why they have not yet delivered your shipment. When you buy goods from abroad you can not expect the goods to come in a few days. Usually delivery takes 1-2 weeks.

    Not received item. Shipped with tracking number that shown that package not leaved his country= package not trackable. Received refund after 1 month, thanks seller, but I'm not happy whit transacton..

    I regret that the buyer did not receive the item but the buyer should be aware that it was not my fault because it is not in my power to affect post office service. Not true that the seler not ship with tracking number. The item was posted with tracking number! Refund after 1 month was because the whole time I was actively communicating with the post office and with buyer in finding item. The money I returned before completing resolving the claim to the buyer did not have to wait any longer. While I had the right to insist that the money will returned only when the resolve the complaint.
