Thank you very much. Shelflife depends on italian normative. “preferibilmente” It’s not mandatory, you can use our oil after expiring date because it lose only some organolectic caracteristics.

Grazie per la recensione, avrebbe potuto contattarci immediatamente invece di scriverlo solo nella recensione. Le spediremo senza problemi la bottiglia che manca. Ci dispiace le siano arrivate 9 bottiglie, a noi risultano 10 bottiglie spedite attraverso il corriere, la spedizione è 10 kg e sono 1 kg a bottiglia, 1kg x 10 = 10 bottiglie, come può vedere qui sotto dalla bolla:

je vous recommande ce vendeur, un petit problème de livraison en  cause le transporteur , un message auprès du vendeur et en 3 jours ma livraison complète immédiatement, litige réglé .
