I must emphasize again that our group has never sent and will never send a defective product. And in the event of an incident such as breakage before shipping, the buyer is informed to either cancel the transaction or a replacement product of our suggestion and the customer's choice will be sent to him. I do not know what happened to the rosary during transportation or even after delivery! But I am sure that the rosary was intact before shipping and I have pictures of it. The presence of a glue stain on the broken part is also officially an insult to our intelligence as senders (i.e. we do not understand enough to remove the glue from it when we send a broken item!!). So please delete this slander and dishonest feedback.
