The goods arrived quickly and carefully packaged. But both vases have chips on the neck that were not mentioned in the advertisement. Which is a great shame. The seller suggested returning the goods

Your feedback is not correct! You did not read good all the comment from the object. 1. In the command was clear there are 2 little chips 2. Many foto’s from the object added you should see it 3. You get the object on 1/3 of the normal price that why you keep it 4. I send you 3 more messages no answer 5. I ask you for send the items back you not did it Situations like this and then comment the seller is not correct! That is the reason why people sale less because the way you do!
