    As stated clearly in the auction description, this artwork is a high-quality giclée print on cotton canvas, shipped securely rolled in a tube to ensure safe delivery. The listing does not mention a frame or a stretched canvas, which is standard practice for unframed canvas works and allows collectors to choose their own preferred framing. For this reason, I consider this feedback to be unfair. I have sold many works internationally, and this is the first time a client has raised such a concern.
