Je privilégie les emballages qui permettent de garder les tirages à plat, afin de respecter le papier de grande qualité que j'utilise. Fast delivery, however the packaging could be a bit more sturdy because one corner of both packaging and the picture was crumbled. However, I could hide that corner under a passe partout.

Hi Bob, I'm sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged. This is very rare, as the cardboard used for packaging is triple-thickness and guarantees very good strength. Unfortunately, whatever the quality of the packaging, we're not immune to mishandling. That's why shipping is insured for a sum higher than the price of the print. You should have refused this parcel as soon as you received it, so that I could reprint it at no extra cost.
