Your assessment is somewhat biased : -Shipping costs is set by Catawiki, 23,09€ for a 60x60x20cm is absolutely normal . -Parcel dispatched the same day with a valid tracking number. -Regarding answering your messages, just have a look at the discussion... You sent me your first message the 5th at 17h09 and get a reply at 17h10 ...and about "where is my order?????", well, you had a valid tracking number to follow the parcel, delivered the day after. Anyway, glad you liked the artwork. Best Regards

I'm quiet sorry to see you're unhappy about the quality of the paper used but basically, it fits to the description of the artwork. Unfortunately, I'm not responsible about the artist's choice of which paper he'll use.
