    Leider ist das Gefieder durch Nikotin verklebt, was man so auch nicht mehr sauber bekommt und er riecht nach Rauch und Chemikalien. Die angebliche Hilfe des Verkäufers ist Fake und ein Witz!

    What you say isn't true! I explained what needs to be done if necessary (and it's not the case for all my other buyers), but he insists it's not possible. I even suggested having the bird cleaned by a taxidermist and paying for it myself, but no way!
