Customs and notifications are things that your local post office failed to do, not me, honestly, I don't understand why my service is measured by something your LOCAL post office has failed to do.

I shipped on time and packed your item well to arrive exactly the same as in the pictures, package also arrived faster than estimated arrival time. Getting such feedback because the item held in customs for just a day, not even a week, and that you were not notified by local service is just wrong to rate me like this after I did my side of this 100%.
There was nothing I could do to change how your local post service did their job.
