Bracelet is of very decent quality, but seller is very poor at communication. No update of transport info or reply from the seller in first two weeks after payment. Patience is needed to buy here.

You placed two separate orders: one before December 21st at 4:00 PM, and a second one on the evening of December 21st, when our office was already closed. December 21st was the last shipping day before our holiday period, which we had communicated, with operations resuming on January 7th. Unfortunately, when uploading the tracking details, we mistakenly associated the tracking number of the first order (the one shipped before the holidays and which you correctly confirm you received) also to the second order, which we shipped today and you will receive by tuesday The second order was instead shipped this morning, after we resumed operations.
