    Magi Gioielli Italiani is a serious and established seller, and we successfully ship the vast majority of the items sold on Catawiki. In this specific case, an internal pricing error led to an incorrect reserve price being set for the lot. As soon as we identified the issue, we informed the buyer that we were unfortunately unable to proceed with the shipment, as the item had been sold far below its minimum acceptable value. This was an isolated and unintentional mistake, not a deliberate refusal to complete the transaction. We fully understand the buyer’s disappointment and regret the inconvenience caused.
