    Very fast next-day delivery, but unsecured packaging. Box was cut from inside by sticked out and now damaged corner of the item. Beside that, everything else is alright and in the good condition.

    We're are so sorry we had to here that. We delivered the box containing the item to the post office in good condition! They must have not treated the box well and with little respect! We hope that you are still satisfied with the tripod. Kind regards Eddy and Jeannine
