    ´Mr. Yang: It was written in the information of my auction that shipment would be made between 3-9 November, and was sent in 4th November. Buyers and clients are expected to review to read the auction terms, as they constitute a binding contract. I believe it is unfair to be criticized for a suposseed lack of commitment when no such breach has ocurred. Regards

    De verpakking om de wijn te vesturen liet de wensen over. De houten kist was beschadigd wat me doet vermoeden dat de wijn waarschijnlijk serieus geschud geweest is.

    Boa tarde: Como eu já lhe disse numa mensagem, tive de abrir a caixa de madeira, a petição da transportadora (eles referem que as caixas fechadas originais estão feitas para transportar em palettes, não no transporte particular) para pôr proteção com plastico e viajar com mais segurança. Aconteceu -por isso não gosto de abrir as caixas de madeira quando vou enviar, que a tampa de abaixo partíu e tive de substituir por otra de madeira doutra marca, com pouca habilidade de carpintería. Alguma garrafa está danificada?(estão sujeitas com as proteções em madeira da caixa original). Se assim for, diga
